Nutrimetics is a household name in cosmetic and beauty products. Founded by an Australian couple in 1961 and recently bought by Tupperware, Nutrimetics is one of Australia and New Zealand's leading direct selling organisations. The company operates as a personalised direct-selling business and has over 250,000 worldwide - 55,000 of which are based in Australia and New Zealand.
Nutrimetics needed to provide their 55,000 consultants with a superior, effective digital platform to conduct business and communications. Our work for this project was to define and design Nutrispace - the Nutrimetics consultant's website. Our brief was to ensure that this Consultant's digital platform would be such an engaging and informative site that consultants will use it constantly in a similar manner to social networking sites such as FaceBook. The new site offers all the functional information for consultants need to be able to order products, complete business reporting, monitor and communicate with contacts and clients plus much more.
Currently in programming development after the design stage, the Nutrimetics Consultants website will lead the way in innovative, engaging business websites. We provided the structure, environment and documentation to re-write many of the Nutrimetics online business rules and worked closely with internal stakeholders to design and develop a complex online service system but always kept things simple, intuitive and engaging for the end user.
